Founded in 1962, Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is a family-owned business serving owners, developers, general contractors and contractors in commercial and industrial construction. We serve clients throughout Southern California, as well as the Central Coast and Northern California.

In the simplest of terms, the Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing and Heating, Inc. difference amounts to good value, great work habits, honesty and reliable service. We constantly strive to be #1 in the #2 business!

Our 55 employees provide a turn-key project, including engineering, design, city or county permit process, and complete construction services. Our team helps you in every phase to complete your project.

Our relationships with our customers are crucial to our success. We work hard to ensure that each customer is not only happy with our work but also enjoys the process of working together on each project. We value our working relationships with material vendors, which pays dividends for our clients because our vendors do everything possible to provide quality products on a timely basis.

A HISTORY OF SUCCESS
Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing and Heating, Inc. has been successfully operating in Southern California since 1962. “Wally” started the company in the city of Orange working for local contractors and developers. At that time, Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing mostly worked in commercial industrial projects and would occasionally provide services for residential projects as well. Johnson Plumbing continued to grow as our services were becoming in demand in the industry. Our reputation was being built in the early years, which has provided a base that we continue today, 56 years later. Darrol Johnson joined the company on a part time basis while attending school and in 1976 became vice-president. Wally and his wife June retired in 1988 and at that time Darrol and his wife Stephanie took over ownership to continue the tradition that his parents set forth, providing quality service that exceeds its customer’s expectations. In 2008 an additional office was opened in Colton to better serve the growing needs of the Inland Empire. This is another example of how we know the 56 years of experience has taught us that our customers are the most important asset we have.

We have come to understand that offering uncompromising levels of service to our customers, our community and others is not only profitable, but tremendously gratifying.

SAFETY
It is the belief of Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing and Heating, Inc., that everyone benefits from a safe and healthful work environment. Thus, we have set forth a Safe Practices and Operation Codebook for our employees to provide a safe environment for all employees, clients, and visitors. The object of these guidelines is to assist in creating a pleasant working environment for all and to eliminate any conditions which are unsafe. In addition to our safety manual, we provide weekly safety meetings to our employees and heat safety illness prevention guidelines to promote safety awareness.

INSURANCE
For the protection of our clients, Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing and Heating, Inc., hold both a Professional and General Liability insurance policy. Our Professional Liability insurance policy is written for the amount of $2,000,000. Our General Liability insurance policy is written for the amount of $2,000,000.  Our Excess Liability insurance policy is written for the amount of $5,000,000.
